Board:
RENOCP has an Executive Board of 7 members. The Board comprises of an Executive Chairperson, Executive Treasurer, Executive Secretary and four board members.

Management:
RENOCP programmes are managed by a team of 3 senior managers, 4 field staff, 2 interns and 2 volunteers. The senior managers include the Executive Director, Head of Programmes, Finance and Administration Manager.
